Stacy and I are good enough friends that she knows exactly what tree I'm talking about when I ask "how's my tree." And I know exactly what she means when she says, "you'd like her: she's like us." We all need people in our lives who put the time in to get to know us this well. She'll tell me to cut the "mushy crap," but I'm really glad Stacy is one of those people for me.
