When a dear friend tells you that she is expecting, it is great news. But when she tells you she's expecting twins, it's the BEST. NEWS. EVER. I am very excited to photograph Melissa each month of her pregnancy and can't wait to meet the babies in 2016. We started this series at the beginning of Melissa's fourth month of pregnancy, and the photos are in chronological order. I'm sure the changing seasons (and Melissa's growing bump) will make the progression evident.

Of course, I also made sure to add two pictures of the family's old barn at the end as it will soon be leaving the property.
